We are so confident that you’ll love our service and be satisfied with our work, that we offer a 60-day warranty on all of our repairs. Replacing hardware for new items counts the warranty per product. This differs per item. As an example. We have to replace the working memory and we have a 5 year warranty on the new condition, then we give a 5 year warranty on this product. Also counts from Mobile phones. Some screens have 1 year others have a 5 year warranty on the screen itself.

Mail in Service / drop off.

Can’t drop by? No problem. Our unique Mail-In Service makes it easy to repair your device from the comfort of your home. Our customers rave about this service, and feel comfortable knowing that their devices are in good hands. Send us your device today and receive impeccable service you can trust.  We use UPS and or DPD – Interlink . However, these are one of the more expensive options. But they do have special support for electronic transport.

Please Note: Our current turnaround time for regular service is 4 – 15 days. Expedited service is 1-9 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to reach out for a quote ahead of time, if one is needed. Remember some replacement hardware can take up to 8 weeks leads time.
